Stage
Managers Association
Based in the United States, "The Stage Managers' Association is a professional organization created by and for stage managers. We seek to create a network through which we can share our problems, ideas, and stories; educate ourselves and those with whom we work; eliminate that isolated feeling which strikes us all from time to time; make our crazy jobs just a little easier, and help us to be better stage managers."
Stage
Management Association
Based in Britain, the SMA was founded in 1954 and is now dedicated to
support the work of Stage Managers. The site's resources are limited
except to those who join the organization. There is a nice collection of
British links though.

Network -
A wealth of information. There are about 20 categories of resources.
The site is dynamic and rich in content. "Welcome to SMNetwork, the original online resource for stage managers. Online since 1998, SMNet has been an ongoing support site for stage managers with all levels of experience, as well as for backstage techicians of all kinds."
Production
Managers' Forum

PMF’s mission is to further enable effective communication between Production Managers on all issues related to theatrical production in order that their theatres may produce in more efficient, safe and successful manners.
PMF meets bi-annually, once at the USITT Annual Convention (February or March) and once in the Fall at a volunteering member’s theatre.

Program Order and Checklist
This is an original Artslynx resource for those working on program copy
for performances. Have you ever left anything out of a program by
accident? This resource will help you to plan ahead.
Stage Management Degree Programs
NOTE: Universities seem to have it in
their mission that their website addresses are to change yearly as if they
didn't want to be found. Far be it from Artslynx to get in the way of their
mission, so when these links go bad, the link is simply removed. They may
restore their link pending payment of a fee.
