The story
of AOTL is a very simple one. These pages are the work of a single
individual, Richard Finkelstein, a theatre scenery and lighting designer
by trade. Based in Colorado but working internationally, Mr. Finkelstein
donates a large percentage of his free time helping to nurture strong
arts communities in service of stronger general communities.
Richard is not a recipient of any grant funds from The NEA, The Colorado Council on the Arts or any similar organization. Similarly this website is produced entirely without outside funding. There are indeed views and opinions expressed on these pages that are not shared by everyone. Other views may be found on the pages of others! America is great that way! Privacy Policy: AOTL Does not track users at all. There is not even a counter on the pages. No cookies are exchanged, no records on usership are checked. What's it all about? In a word, AOTL is about citizen EMPOWERMENT. We are dedicated to connecting any citizen interested in strengthening relationships between artists, educators, and the business, public, private, for-profit, and non-profit sectors of society with the resources that will help to empower them.
